Casual Cookout at the Home of Susan Kerns Shelley '70 and Don Shelley, 6 - 9 p.m.

Join classmates for a casual reunion celebration at the home of Susan Kerns Shelley ’70 and Don Shelley. Attire is casual. Cost per person is $20, which includes a barbecue dinner, beer, and wine. Please pre-register so we know how many to expect.
Saturday, October 24
Golf at the Furman Golf Course, 9 a.m. (Exact times provided when you register with Ben)
400 N. Hwy 25 Bypass, Greenville, SC
Enjoy 9 holes with classmates on the beautiful Furman Golf Course. Tee times start at 8:30 a.m. and the cost per person is $30. Please contact Ben Hawkins at hawkinsb47@gmail.com for more information and to reserve a tee time. Open to all, spouses included. Please make a reservation in advance.
Women's Breakfast, 9 a.m.
Charles E. Daniel Dining Hall
Join fellow alumnae for a breakfast in the dining hall with a residence hall tour to follow. Tables will be reserved for the group and cost is $8.25 per person. Please pre-register so we know how many to expect but payment will be remitted at the dining hall.

Lakeside Housing
Following breakfast with classmates, we hope you will join us for a guided tour of the newly renovated portion of Lakeside Housing. There is no cost to participate but please pre-register.
Who Keeps Furman Beautiful, OLLI Lecture, 10 a.m. to Noon
Patrick Lecture Hall, Plyler Hall
The Furman campus has been ranked as one of the five most beautiful campuses in the United States. No matter the season of the year, flowers, shrubs, and trees are well cared for and projecting their best for the season. Furman’s floral gardens designer and horticulturist, Sheree Wright, will lead us on a “tour” of the gardens located throughout the campus and tell us about their responsibilities. NOTE: This is a classroom event, not a walking tour. Space is limited. Please pre-register.
Lunch on the Lawn at Cherrydale, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Please join us at the Cherrydale Alumni House as we renew friendships, trade memories, and have a wonderful time reminiscing with fellow 1965 classmates. We will enjoy a buffet lunch while sitting in our own reserved, shaded area. Dress is casual. Cost is $15 per adult and $8 per child.
Football Tickets
Don't forget to purchase football tickets for the 1:30 football game vs. The Citadel when you register. That way, you are sure to sit with your class!
Furman on Main – The Official Furman Homecoming After-Party, 8 - 10 p.m.

Following Saturday’s scheduled Homecoming and reunion events, we invite you to join all alumni and friends for Furman on Main – The Official Homecoming After-Party. Enjoy musical guest Retro Vertigo and Poppington’s Gourmet Popcorn. Register online (all alumni in reunion have free admission, $5 for non-reunion alumni and friends.)
